Our Engineering talent resources are exceptional. The Design of any system will rely heavily of the Engineering talent and creativity of technical resources. Our team requirements have both the knowledge of the latest and best technology and brand names as well as the logistical and electrical expertise when it comes time for the System Integration phase and follow-up Support. Project Management

Effective Project Management is a critical component of keeping your project on time and on budget. Our goal is to not only ensure a successful Integration of your new system but also guarantee your peace of mind. Technology hardware, software and logistical onsite components and solutions can be complex. You and your group will want consistent and frequent updates, reporting and supply chain logistics with hardware acquisitions, delivery and installation.

On-site Training

A System Integration will certainly require some On-site Training. A focus on Training works closely with the Project Management timeline of getting your system Designed and Integrated. A well-designed AV system with the best technology can be complex to learn how to use on your own. And we want to eliminate any anxiety that can surround a new system ready to use, especially as other team members and the leadership of your group get to introduced and familiar with the technology. We'll show you everything you need to know so that you feel comfortable with your new system.

On-site Technical Support

Our On-site Technical Support is responsive and efficient. We can be available with just a phone call away. Your system is complex, and many times involves software adjustments and updates. Or maybe you have an additional need or reminder from the On-site Training exercise. For any reason, we can be there for you.

On-site Service

Just like any mechanical hardware devices and machines, maintenance is required. Your hardware components will naturally receive usage wear and it is powered up and down, moved around and collecting dust. We know... it happens. We are available for Service so that you can keep on working.

On-site Maintenance

Much like Service, the Maintenance of your AV system is crucial to ensure the longevity of your hardware. Service refers to more of an impromptu need. Maintenance relates to a consistence and long-term management of the physical and operational viability of your system. Technology moves at a fast pace and Maintenance needs are necessary in order to keep up and make sure your system functions as it should.
